Application Fee
The application fee is ₹1180/- which includes ₹1000 as the base fee and ₹180 as GST. This fee is for General, OBC, and EWS candidates. However, SC/ST/PwD candidates and CIL employees do not need to pay this fee.
MT Selection Process
The selection for Management Trainee positions will be based on a Computer-Based Test (CBT). This test is fair and based on merit. Candidates must do well in this test to get the job. The CBT will have two papers:
- Paper I: This paper checks general knowledge, reasoning, numerical ability, and English language skills.
- Paper II: This paper checks specific knowledge related to the candidate’s field.
